Gas aggregates and markets natural gas produced by independent producers.
The Company's services include pricing optimization through evaluation of
pipeline alternatives and negotiations with markets, expediting
connections, nominations and balancing. The many services provided by
Shoreline Gas enable producers to focus on core business efforts
(exploration and development). Shoreline Gas' full service marketing
approach provides producers access to the benefits of its pipeline and
market relationships. The Company operates natural gas pipelines and plans
the acquisition of additional pipeline assets.
"Traditionally A.G.A.
membership was limited to LDC's and interstate pipeline companies. However,
in 1995 membership was opened to other qualifying industry participants.
Shoreline Gas, as a valued member of A.G.A. and a respected and rapidly

with the ability to have their interests represented in the largest and
most powerful gas association in North America."
