Shoreline Gas
is a natural gas marketing company providing natural gas supply, management
and marketing services to producers, consumers and wholesale markets across
the United States. The company is headquartered in Corpus Christi, Texas.

alliances, and extensive resources, Shoreline Gas offers its customers
reliable gas purchases, transportation and supply.
WHAT WE DO
We are able to
fulfill the diverse needs of our customers by purchasing natural gas from
independent producers, providing a variety of services including
researching reliable market options and evaluating pipeline alternatives,
as well as expediting new connections. Shoreline Gas also offers a variety
of services to the producer interested in outsourcing their entire gas
management process.

Shoreline Gas
purchases and markets natural gas throughout the United States on both
interstate and intrastate pipelines. Through personal and individualized service,
Shoreline Gas provides:
Marketing
A variety of pricing
options including swing, cash, netback, index, etc., to maximize sales
price; established relationships with a large number of markets to allow
greater flexibility and reliability; experienced marketing staff to provide
premium service and creative solutions; ability to respond to market
signals in order to optimize price. Our NetBack contract, for example,
allows producers to share in the advantages of aggregated gas volumes
(processing upgrades, discounted transportation and gathering fees, and
pricing enhancements associated with larger volumes of gas). This
"co-op" effect enables producers to focus their energy on
exploration and production.
Strategic Analysis
Evaluate pipeline and
processing alternatives for producers in order to optimize price; expedite
new connections; ability to add value with industry knowledge upstream of
the meter.
Contract Administration
Experienced staff
to develop, negotiate, process and maintain contracts for transportation,
gas sales and liquids processing arrangements.
Transportation Management

of the nomination and scheduling process; established relationships with
intrastate and interstate pipelines to facilitate movement and allocation
of volumes.

sales; management of multi-tiered delivery points and administrative

offers consumers and wholesale markets the convenience of purchasing
aggregated volumes from a single supplier. By purchasing gas in a wide
range of regions from leases operated by independent gas producers, we
provide our markets with both diversity and reliability. Shoreline Gas
offers swing, short term and long term supplies on nearly all the
interstate and intrastate pipelines located in our producing regions. We
also provide our customers with a wide range of supply, management and
administrative services.
