• Marketing

  A variety of pricing options including swing, cash, flex, netback, index, etc., to maximize sales price; established relationships with a large number of markets to allow greater flexibility and reliability; experienced marketing staff to provide premium service and creative solutions; ability to respond to market signals in order to optimize price. Our NetBack contract, for example, allows producers to share in the advantages of aggregated gas volumes (processing upgrades, discounted transportation and gathering fees, and pricing enhancements associated with larger volumes of gas). This "co-op" effect enables producers to focus their energy on exploration and production.

• Strategic Analysis

  Evaluate pipeline and processing alternatives for producers in order to optimize price; expedite new connections; ability to add value with industry knowledge upstream of the meter.

• Contract Administration

  Experienced staff to develop, negotiate, process and maintain contracts for transportation, gas sales and liquids processing arrangements.

• Transportation Management

  Complete management of the nomination and scheduling process; established relationships with intrastate and interstate pipelines to facilitate movement and allocation of volumes.

  Complete invoicing for gas sales; management of multi-tiered delivery points and administrative services; accurate and timely payments.

By purchasing gas in a wide range of regions from leases operated by independent gas producers, we provide our markets with both diversity and reliability. Shoreline Gas offers swing, short term and long term supplies on nearly all the interstate and intrastate pipelines located in our producing regions. We also provide our customers with a wide range of supply, management and administrative services.

SHORELINE GAS FIELD SERVICES EAST TEXAS LP

The company operates a pipeline system in East Texas, aggregating gas from independent producers in the area. The company plans expansion of the system as well as development of additional markets and supplies.

Mastio & Company's "Natural Gas Producer/Purchaser Satisfaction Survey" in 2000 reported that Shoreline Gas Inc. ranked #2 of all natural gas marketing companies for producer satisfaction in the United States and Canada. The study surveyed producers responsible for over 23 trillion cubic feet of wellhead gas within the United States and Canada, ultimately asking producers to rank 63 natural gas marketing companies according to various satisfaction criteria and those 63 companies were ranked accordingly.
