ITOCHU is a Fortune Global 500 Company. This transaction represents the beginning of a new and exciting chapter in the Shoreline Gas story, providing Shoreline Gas with investment grade credit strength and increased financial resources as we continue to expand our gas marketing services and gas pipeline operations. We believe that this financial strength will provide a strategic advantage to our producer customers in an ever-tightening global credit environment.

SHORELINE GAS IS FOUND TO BE RANKED #2 OF ALL GAS MARKETING COMPANIES
MASTIOGALE "Natural Gas Producer/Purchaser Satisfaction Survey" in 2006 reported that Shoreline Gas Inc. ranked #2 of all natural gas marketing companies for producer satisfaction in the United States and Canada. The study surveyed producers responsible for over 23 trillion cubic feet of wellhead gas within the United States and Canada, ultimately asking producers to rank gas marketing companies according to various satisfaction criteria. Shoreline Gas was mentioned along with news of the result of the survey in both Platts Gas Daily and Natural Gas Intelligence Daily on Friday, October 6, 2006.
